China Boton repurchases 364,000 shares, treasury stock rises to 3.03 million

China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed that it repurchased 364,000 ordinary shares on 26 June 2026 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The transaction, executed under the company’s existing mandate dated 22 May 2026, was settled at prices between HKD 2.23 and HKD 2.47 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of roughly HKD 2.34. The total cash outlay amounted to HKD 0.85 million.

\n\nFollowing the buyback, China Boton’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.03 % to 1.08 billion shares, while treasury shares increased from 2.67 million to 3.03 million. The overall share count remained unchanged at 1.08 billion.

\n\nThe latest purchase utilises just 0.03 % of the 108.05 million shares authorised for repurchase under the May mandate. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, China Boton is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or further treasury-share disposals until 26 July 2026.
