COMBA buys back 200,000 shares; treasury stock rises to 6.13 million

On 16 June 2026, Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 200,000 ordinary shares at HKD 1.13 each, for a total consideration of HKD 0.23 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined to 3.13 billion, while treasury shares increased to 6.13 million. The buy-back represented 0.00639% of the company’s issued share capital immediately before the repurchase.

The purchase was made under the share-repurchase mandate approved on 14 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 313.14 million shares. Including the latest trade, Comba has repurchased 3.57 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.11% of the shares in issue on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Comba is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 16 July 2026.
