As of August 7th, there are just seven days remaining until the price adjustment window opens at midnight on August 14th.

At the start of the current cycle, the estimated reduction was only 0.09 yuan per liter. However, after three consecutive working days of expanding declines, the price range has now entered a zone of substantial cuts.

Based on the latest calculations, gasoline is expected to be reduced by 380 yuan per tonne, with diesel dropping by 365 yuan per tonne. When converted to retail prices, 92-octane gasoline is projected to fall by 0.30 yuan per liter, 95-octane gasoline by 0.32 yuan per liter, and 0-grade diesel by 0.31 yuan per liter.

It's important to note that there are still six statistical days remaining in the pricing cycle, meaning variables remain. If international crude oil prices rebound sharply in the coming days, the current projected reduction could narrow. Whether the adjustment ultimately takes effect, and by how much, will be confirmed by the official announcement from the National Development and Reform Commission.
