ZYLOXTB repurchases 57,000 H shares for HKD 1.12 million, treasury stock reaches 10.88 million shares

On 5 June 2026, Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (ZYLOXTB) bought back 57,000 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, deploying HKD 1.12 million in aggregate consideration.

The shares were repurchased within a price band of HKD 19.46–20.14, translating to a volume-weighted average price of HKD 19.70 per share. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell to 325.47 million, while treasury stock rose to 10.88 million. Total issued capital remains unchanged at 336.35 million shares.

Since the current buy-back mandate was approved on 13 May 2026, the company has repurchased 1.74 million shares—equivalent to 0.52 % of the share count on the mandate date—under the authorised limit of 32.72 million shares.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, ZYLOXTB is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 5 July 2026.
