Beisen Holding repurchases 250,000 shares for HK$0.89 million, treasury stock increases to 8.17 million

Beisen Holding Limited announced that it repurchased 250,000 ordinary shares on 2 July 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$3.51 to HK$3.65, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HK$3.56 per share. The total consideration amounted to approximately HK$0.89 million.

Post-transaction, Beisen’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) stands at 728.53 million, down from 728.78 million before the buyback. Treasury shares increased to 8.17 million, bringing the total share count (including treasury shares) to 736.70 million. The repurchased shares represent 0.0343% of Beisen’s outstanding share base prior to the transaction and will be held as treasury shares; none have been cancelled.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 18 September 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 70.12 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 12.94 million shares, equivalent to 1.85% of the company’s issued shares as at the mandate date. Under Hong Kong listing rules, Beisen is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 1 August 2026.
