Shiyue Daotian repurchases 234,000 H-shares for HKD1.52 million, expanding treasury stock to 11.28 million shares

Shiyue Daotian Group Co., Ltd. reported that on 27 April 2026 it bought back 234,000 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 6.45 and HKD 6.59 per share, representing a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 6.5169 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.52 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0221% to 1.05687 billion, while the number of treasury shares increased from 11.05 million to 11.28 million. Total issued share capital remained at 1.06815 billion shares.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 26 June 2025, under which Shiyue Daotian is authorised to buy back up to 42.18 million shares. To date, 11.28 million shares—equivalent to 2.67% of the company’s issued share base at the time of mandate approval—have been repurchased on-market.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, a moratorium on new share issues or the sale/transfer of treasury shares is in effect until 27 May 2026.
