RUIFENG RENEW (HKEX: 00527) has announced that all conditions precedent for the share placement have been satisfied, with completion taking effect on July 10, 2026.
In accordance with the terms of the placement agreement, a total of approximately 101 million placement shares have been allotted and issued to no fewer than six placees at a placement price of HK$0.55 per share.
