During the first three quarters of 2026, a total of 118 new listings (116 on the Main Board and 2 on GEM) debuted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising approximately HK$388.031 billion in total proceeds (HK$387.866 billion on the Main Board and HK$165 million on GEM), with the Main Board averaging about HK$3.344 billion per company.

Among them, 3 Anhui-based companies listed in Hong Kong, accounting for 2.5% of all new listings, raising a combined approximately HK$11.565 billion, or 3.0% of total IPO proceeds.

In terms of the geographic origin of new listings in the first three quarters, Anhui ranked 9th by number of Hong Kong IPOs, trailing Guangdong, Shanghai, Beijing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Fujian, and Hunan.

At the same time, 18 Anhui-based companies submitted listing applications in Hong Kong (excluding confidential filings).

In addition, 2 A-share companies from Anhui have announced plans to pursue listings in Hong Kong, though neither has publicly disclosed a prospectus as of now.

It is worth noting that among the Anhui-based A-share companies that filed in 2025, Three Squirrels, as well as Huaheng Biologics, which passed the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing hearing in 2026, have both announced the termination of their Hong Kong listings.
