AEM Holdings raises Nestek stake to 80%, reduces interest in AEM Networks

AEM Holdings Ltd (AWX) announced that its wholly owned unit, AEM Singapore Pte. Ltd., acquired an additional 8.9% of Nestek Korea Co., Ltd. on Apr, 13 2026 for KRW2.4 billion (about 2.2 million Singapore dollars), lifting the group’s ownership in Nestek from 71.1% to 80.0%.

The company also said that on Mar, 31 2026 AEM Singapore subscribed for new shares in AEM Networks Pte. Ltd. for 10.6 million Singapore dollars, while UniBlu Technologies Pte. Ltd. injected 1.5 million Singapore dollars. Following these subscriptions, AEM Holdings’ effective interest in AEM Networks fell from 100.0% to 87.6%.

AEM Holdings noted that neither transaction had a material impact on the group’s net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the half-year ended Jun, 30 2026, and no directors or controlling shareholders held any interest in the deals.
