Deewin repurchases 37,500 H-shares at HK$3.51; outstanding share count trims to 552.26 million

Deewin Tianxia Co., Ltd. filed a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 12 May 2026, detailing a repurchase of 37,500 H-shares executed the same day at a uniform price of HK$3.51 per share. The transaction cost totalled HK$0.13 million.

Following the buy-back, the company’s issued shares excluding treasury shares declined by 0.0068% to 552.26 million. Treasury stock increased from 144,000 to 181,500 shares, while total issued shares, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 552.44 million.

The purchase utilised the general mandate approved on 29 May 2025, which permits Deewin to repurchase up to 55.24 million shares. Cumulative buy-backs under this mandate now stand at 181,500 shares, representing 0.0329% of the issued share base at the date the mandate was granted.

In line with HKEX rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or the disposal of treasury shares until 11 June 2026.
