Asian Pay Television Trust (APTT) said it will pay a distribution of 0.40 Singapore cents per unit for the period from Jan, 1 2026 to Jun, 30 2026, amounting to about 7.2 million Singapore dollars.

The units will trade ex-distribution from 9:00 a.m. on Sep, 17 2026. The record date is set at 5:00 p.m. on Sep, 18 2026, and payment will be made on Sep, 25 2026.

The distribution will be tax-exempt for all unitholders. The trustee-manager reiterated its intention to distribute 100% of APTT’s distributable free cash flows, while noting that future payouts remain subject to factors such as earnings, financial position and applicable regulations.

The board said it is satisfied that APTT will remain able to meet its liabilities as they fall due after the distribution. Unitholders may inspect the directors’ responsibility statement and distribution policy at the unit registrar’s office during normal business hours.
