The company’s authorised share capital stands at 2.22 billion shares with a par value of RMB 1 each, split into: • 216.17 million H shares listed in Hong Kong • 2.01 billion A shares listed on the STAR Market in Shanghai

Issued share capital also remained unchanged: • H shares: 216.17 million in issue; no treasury stock. • A shares: 1.95 billion in issue and 62.09 million held as treasury shares for employee incentive and shareholding plans.

With no share issuances, cancellations, conversions or exercises recorded in the period, Nexchip’s capital structure and treasury-share position remained stable through the first month after listing.
