According to the Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 08 July 2026, Dmall Inc. (DMALL) repurchased 534,900 ordinary shares on-market the same day. The buyback was executed at prices ranging between HKD 6.02 and HKD 6.10 per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average repurchase cost of HKD 6.07 per share and a total outlay of approximately HKD 3.25 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s treasury stock increased from 69.73 million to 70.26 million shares. The number of issued shares held by external shareholders fell by 0.06% to 867.25 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 937.51 million because the repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock rather than cancelled.

The purchase formed part of the share repurchase mandate approved on 05 June 2026, which authorises DMALL to buy back up to 88.37 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 16.47 million shares, equivalent to 1.86% of the issued share base at the time of the mandate’s approval. A moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares runs through 07 August 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.

Executive Director and President Zhang Feng confirmed that the buyback complied with all regulatory and corporate authorisations.
