Concord Healthcare Group Co., Ltd. (the Group) has signed a Public-Private Partnership agreement with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to finance, build and operate a Gamma Knife stereotactic radiosurgery centre at the Tashkent National Medical Centre. The contract was executed on 29 July 2026 and carries a 15-year term, during which project revenues will be shared by both parties.
The Ministry of Health will contribute existing medical premises, national medical-insurance coverage and local healthcare resources, while the Group will provide full capital investment, manage the centre’s operations and deploy its expertise in oncological radiotherapy, Gamma Knife technology, high-end equipment administration and clinical services.
Management views the cooperation as a strategic milestone in the Group’s overseas expansion. The asset-light model is expected to diversify geographic revenue, strengthen the Group’s high-end radiotherapy value chain and create business synergies with Guangzhou Taihe Cancer Hospital, particularly through cross-border multidisciplinary consultations and patient referrals.
The agreement was reached on normal commercial terms after arm’s-length negotiations and does not constitute a notifiable or connected transaction under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules. Concord Healthcare will disclose further developments in accordance with regulatory requirements, and shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
