Mobvista clarifies share transfer deadline ahead of 29 May 2026 EGM

Mobvista Inc. issued a clarification stating that shareholders must lodge completed transfer documents and related share certificates with the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by 4:30 p.m. on 22 May 2026 to qualify for attending the extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 29 May 2026.

The previously published cut-off date of 25 May 2026, as noted in the circular and EGM notice dated 11 May 2026, has been corrected. All other details in those documents remain unchanged, and the proxy form released on 11 May 2026 continues to be valid.

The clarification was approved by the Board, chaired by Mr. Cao Xiaohuan, and announced on 13 May 2026 in Singapore.
