HOLLY FUTURES (03678) disclosed that the company recently received notifications from Soho Holly Corporation and Huihong Group regarding the completion of their share reduction plans. As of the announcement date, the share reduction period has concluded. Between January 26, 2026, and April 25, 2026, Soho Holly Corporation sold 3.5 million A-shares through centralized bidding, while Huihong Group divested 19,600 A-shares. Following the completion of the reduction plan, Soho Holly Corporation now holds 144.4 million A-shares, representing 14.33% of the company’s total share capital. Huihong Group retains approximately 57.9647 million A-shares, accounting for 5.75% of the total equity.
