KSH Holdings Limited has issued written responses to shareholder questions prior to its annual general meeting scheduled for Jul, 31 2026, detailing working-capital needs, revenue recognition timelines and progress on new industrial projects.

The company said its construction order book has risen to 965 million Singapore dollars, but it “does not foresee any material funding constraints” thanks to cash, bank balances and fixed deposits totalling about 145.2 million Singapore dollars as of Mar, 31 2026. While working-capital requirements will rise as projects advance, the board will continue to assess dividend payments—currently 1.50 cents per share—against financial performance, cash flow and other commitments.

KSH also confirmed that roughly 187 million Singapore dollars in unrecognised revenue from four joint-venture residential projects—Sora, The Arcady at Boon Keng, One Sophia and Bagnall Haus—will be booked progressively under the percentage-of-completion method from the fiscal year ending Mar, 31 2027 to Mar, 31 2029. Management said margins on these pre-sold units are not expected to face significant pressure from construction-cost inflation.

On its expanding industrial portfolio, the company noted that its share of gross development value across new joint-venture industrial properties totals about 245 million Singapore dollars. Following the May 2026 launch of the Gate+ project, remaining industrial plots are scheduled for launch by the end of the fiscal year ending Mar, 31 2027, with construction targeted for completion by or before Mar, 31 2030. While it is “premature” to forecast relative profitability versus residential projects, KSH said the industrial segment will broaden its development pipeline and diversify earnings over time.
