Sinopharm (CNCM LTD) H1 2026 Revenue Up 4.27% to RMB 26.73 Billion; Net Profit Falls 7.25%

Hong Kong – Sinopharm Group Co. Ltd. disclosed the principal unaudited results of its Shanghai-listed subsidiary, Sinopharm (CNCM LTD), for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

Revenue and Profitability • Revenue reached RMB 26.73 billion, a 4.27% year-on-year increase. • Total profit declined 6.83% to RMB 1.14 billion. • Net profit attributable to shareholders fell 7.25% to RMB 0.88 billion. • After excluding non-recurring items, attributable net profit decreased 5.55% to RMB 0.88 billion.

Earnings and Returns • Basic and diluted earnings per share stood at RMB 1.1660, down 7.25% from the prior-year period. • Weighted average return on net assets was 4.69%, 0.76 percentage point lower year on year; after excluding non-recurring items, the metric declined by 0.66 percentage point to 4.69%.

Balance-Sheet Positions • Total assets were RMB 36.04 billion as of 30 June 2026, a 1.76% decrease from year-end 2025. • Net assets attributable to shareholders edged up 1.43% to RMB 18.81 billion.

Cash Flow • Operating activities recorded a net cash outflow of RMB 2.63 billion, widening from the RMB 1.51 billion outflow in the same period last year.
