USAS Building Issues Profit Warning, Expects Interim Net Profit to Plunge Around 84%

USAS BUILDING (02671) has issued a profit alert, projecting a consolidated net profit of approximately RMB 9.9 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026. This marks a substantial decline of roughly RMB 52.7 million, or about 84.2%, compared to the consolidated net profit of approximately RMB 62.6 million recorded during the same period in 2025.

The company's board attributes this significant downturn in financial performance primarily to a decrease in revenue generated from its prefabricated steel structure building subcontracting services. This reduction is largely influenced by fluctuations in the order cycles of key clients, alongside delays in the commencement of newly signed contracts and the subsequent deferral of revenue recognition.

Furthermore, the timing of contract signing for new orders in 2026 occurred relatively late, with project launches and delivery schedules predominantly concentrated in the second half of the year. As a result, the group experienced a combined reduction in gross profit of approximately RMB 83.7 million for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026.
