WuXi AppTec (Stock Code: 02359) has obtained a preliminary injunction from the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, temporarily blocking the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) from enforcing the company’s inclusion on the 1260H list.
The company initiated litigation against the DoD on 11 June 2026 and filed for a preliminary injunction on 29 June 2026.
