The English and Chinese versions of these documents are available on both the corporate website (www.qeeka.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). The company highlighted its preference for shareholders to review the “Website Version” to facilitate timely access and support environmental initiatives.
Registered shareholders who previously opted to receive printed materials will find physical copies enclosed. Those experiencing difficulties with email notifications or online access may request hard-copy documents free of charge by completing the accompanying Reply Form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1739-ecom@vistra.com.
Qeeka Home reminded shareholders of their responsibility to provide a functional email address to ensure receipt of future electronic communications. Until an active email is supplied, notices of publication and other actionable corporate communications will be sent in printed form.
