Maanshan Iron & Steel Company Limited submitted its Monthly Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 31 July 2026, reporting no changes in either authorised or issued share capital across its A-share and H-share classes.

• Authorised/registered share capital remained at RMB 7.70 billion, comprising: – 5.97 billion A shares with a par value of RMB 1 each (unlisted in Hong Kong). – 1.73 billion H shares with a par value of RMB 1 each (listed on HKEX).

• Issued shares were unchanged during July: – A shares: 5.97 billion issued, zero held as treasury shares. – H shares: 1.73 billion issued, zero held as treasury shares.

• No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity instruments were outstanding or exercised, and there were no treasury share transactions.

Public float

The company confirmed compliance with the HKEX minimum public-float requirement for PRC issuers—at least 5% of the total issued H shares must be held by the public. No deviations were reported.

Regulatory confirmation

Director Jiang Yuxiang affirmed that all statutory and listing-rule obligations relating to share capital and disclosure have been met.

With capital structure unchanged and regulatory requirements satisfied, Maanshan Iron & Steel’s equity profile remains stable as at 31 July 2026.
