CIMC Enric buys back 180,000 shares for HKD 1.60 million; treasury stock rises to 1.71 million

On 03 June 2026, CIMC Enric Holdings Limited executed an on-exchange repurchase of 180,000 ordinary shares at HKD 8.90 each, spending HKD 1.60 million in aggregate.

The transaction reduced the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) from 2.113 billion to 2.113 billion, equal to a 0.0085% decrease, while treasury shares increased from 1.53 million to 1.71 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 2.115 billion.

The repurchase falls under the mandate approved on 20 May 2026, which allows buy-backs of up to 211.30 million shares. To date, 180,000 shares—0.0085% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authorization.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, CIMC Enric is restricted from issuing, selling, or transferring shares until 02 July 2026, 30 days after the latest buy-back.
