Shanxi Installation Announces Non-Executive Director Transition: Xu Guanshi to Resign, Li Bin Nominated as Successor

Shanxi Installation Group Co., Ltd. disclosed a forthcoming change to its board composition. Non-executive director Xu Guanshi has submitted his resignation due to work-related adjustments, effective 11 August 2026. The company confirmed that Xu has no disagreements with the board and no matters requiring shareholder attention were noted.

At a board meeting held on 11 August 2026, directors approved the nomination of Li Bin, aged 55, to fill the upcoming vacancy as non-executive director for the remainder of the first board’s term. His appointment is subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming general meeting, for which notices will be issued in due course. Li will serve without director’s fees or other remuneration.

Li Bin brings more than three decades of financial and operational experience, primarily within Shanxi Sanjian Group and its affiliated entities. His career milestones include: • Finance and operations roles at Shanxi Sanjian since 1994, progressing to deputy cost department manager. • Head of finance & asset department (2011–2017) and subsequently head of audit (2017–2018) at Shanxi Sanjian. • Senior finance positions such as chief financial officer of Jincheng Jinjian National Highway Rerouting Engineering Co., Ltd. (2018) and chief accountant roles at G342 Jincheng City Transit Section Rerouting Engineering Construction Project Headquarters (2018–2021), Shanxi Construction Investment Jindongnan Investment Co., Ltd. (2022–2025), and Shanxi Infrastructure Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. (2025–2026).

Li was accredited as an intermediate accountant by the Shanxi Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in October 2012. The company confirms that he holds no shares in Shanxi Installation Group, maintains no relationships with existing directors, senior management, or major shareholders, and has not served as a director of any other publicly listed company during the past three years.

As of the announcement date, Shanxi Installation’s board comprises two executive directors, three non-executive directors, and four independent non-executive directors.
