GF SEC (ASX: 01776) has announced that it recently received written resignation letters from its independent non-executive directors, Ms. Liang Shuoling and Mr. Li Wenjing.

According to relevant regulations, including the China Securities Regulatory Commission's "Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies," an independent non-executive director may not serve continuously at the same listed company for more than six years.

As of the date of this announcement, both Ms. Liang Shuoling and Mr. Li Wenjing have completed six consecutive years of service at the company. Consequently, they have applied to resign from their positions as independent non-executive directors and as members of the relevant board committees.

Following the effective date of their resignations, they will not hold any other positions within the company.
