On 4 May 2026, ZHOU HEI YA International Holdings Company Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 692,000 ordinary shares at prices between HKD 1.44 and HKD 1.47, spending HKD 1.00 million in aggregate.
The latest transaction represents 0.03% of the company’s 2.11 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares). These shares, together with earlier buybacks since 27 March 2026, bring the pool of repurchased but not yet cancelled stock to 18.37 million shares, or roughly 0.87% of the current share capital.
Since the granting of its share-repurchase mandate on 16 May 2025, the company has acquired 51.26 million shares in total, equivalent to 2.37% of the issued share count on the mandate date. The authorised limit under the mandate stands at 215.97 million shares.
Following the 4 May transaction, the company’s issued share count remains unchanged at 2.11 billion shares. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, ZHOU HEI YA is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or transfers of treasury shares until 3 June 2026.
