• Share capital movement – Issued shares (excluding treasury) fell to 1,078.41 million from 1,078.53 million. – Treasury shares increased to 2.10 million from 1.98 million. – Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1,080.51 million, as the repurchased shares were retained in treasury and not cancelled.
• Repurchase mandate utilisation – The buy-back was executed under the general mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 108.05 million shares. – Cumulative purchases under this mandate now total 122,000 shares, representing 0.11 % of the authorised limit, leaving up to 107.93 million shares available for further repurchase.
• Post-repurchase restrictions – In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, China Boton is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 23 July 2026.
