Raily Aesthetic Medicine redirects HK$7.60 million of Rights Issue funds to expanded NMPA registration work

Raily Aesthetic Medicine International Holdings Limited announced a reallocation of the remaining HK$7.60 million from its HK$19.00 million Rights Issue proceeds.

Initially, 40.0% of the proceeds (HK$7.60 million) had been earmarked solely for clinical trials linked to National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) registration of aesthetic medical equipment. The board has now broadened this allocation: the unspent HK$7.60 million will finance a wider range of pre-registration tasks, including product R&D, sample production and testing, and related equipment purchases—activities deemed integral to securing NMPA approval.

All other allocations remain unchanged: • HK$9.50 million (50.0%) already used for acquiring manufacturing equipment and raw materials. • HK$1.90 million (10.0%) fully applied to general working capital.

Management has extended the timeline for full utilisation of the outstanding HK$7.60 million by one year, from 31 March 2026 to 31 March 2027, citing the multi-stage nature of the registration process and the need to maintain sufficient working capital amid potential market volatility.

The board stated that the change does not alter the group’s business nature and is in the best interests of shareholders. Raily Aesthetic Medicine will continue to monitor market conditions and may further adjust plans to optimise resource deployment. Shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
