Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will find printed documents enclosed with the notification letter.

The Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report 2025/26 is available exclusively in electronic format under the Investor Relations section of the company’s website and on HKEXnews.

To streamline future dissemination, the board encourages shareholders to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Shareholders who do not supply an email address must monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for new releases; Actionable Corporate Communications will continue to be sent in printed form until an email address is registered.
