COSCO SHIPPING International Singapore clears all AGM resolutions on Apr, 27 2026

COSCO SHIPPING International (Singapore) Co., Ltd. (F83) said all nine resolutions proposed at its annual general meeting on Apr, 27 2026 were approved by shareholders via poll voting.

The ordinary business included the adoption of the FY2025 audited financial statements, a first and final tax-exempt dividend of S$0.00089 per ordinary share, approval of directors’ fees of about 0.245 million Singapore dollars, the re-election of directors Lim Lee Meng and Jiang Kai, and the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as external auditor.

Under special business, investors authorised the board to issue new shares or convertible securities under Section 161 of the Companies Act, renewed the shareholders’ mandate for interested-person transactions, and approved the allotment of shares under the COSCO SHIPPING Group Executives Share Option Scheme 2020.

Following his re-election, Lim Lee Meng will continue as non-executive lead independent director and chair the Audit and Risk Management Committee. Entrust Advisory Pte. Ltd. acted as independent scrutineer for the meeting.
