C CARBONNEUTRAL (ASX: 01372) has announced the successful completion of its share placement.
All conditions precedent under the subscription agreement, including the receipt of the consideration amount, have been satisfied, with completion taking place on June 17, 2026.
A total of 96,592,000 subscription shares were allotted and issued to the subscribers on that date.
The net proceeds raised from this placement amount to approximately HKD 77.27 million.
