BAIRONG-W repurchases 1.42 million Class B shares (0.32 % of issued shares) for HK$7.30 million

Bairong Inc. (BAIRONG-W) disclosed that on 30 July 2026 it bought back 1.42 million Class B weighted voting rights ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were repurchased at prices between HK$5.00 and HK$5.30, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$5.15 per share. The total consideration amounted to HK$7.30 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 374.65 million, down from 376.07 million, representing a 0.32 % reduction. Treasury stock rose to 20.72 million shares, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 395.36 million.

The buy-back was executed under the mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 44.99 million shares. To date, Bairong has repurchased 2.57 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.57 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Bairong is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 29 August 2026.
