AAC Tech (AAC Technologies Holdings Inc.) disclosed a repurchase of 266,000 ordinary shares on 21 August 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Deal metrics: The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$39.64 to HK$40.00, with a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HK$39.94 per share, bringing total consideration to HK$10.62 million.

• Impact on share capital: – Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined to 1.15555 billion from 1.15581 billion, a reduction of 0.02%. – Treasury shares increased to 42.96 million from 42.69 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.19850 billion.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation: – The purchases form part of the mandate approved on 21 May 2026, which authorises AAC Tech to buy back up to 116.18 million shares. – Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 6.23 million shares, representing 0.54% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date, leaving roughly 109.95 million shares of remaining capacity.

• Post-buyback restrictions: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, AAC Tech is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 20 September 2026.

The repurchased shares are being held in treasury; no cancellations have been announced as of the disclosure date. The transaction complies with Main Board Rule 10.06(4)(a), as confirmed by the company.
