Laguna Resorts & Hotels (LRH) has scheduled its 2026 Annual General Meeting for Apr, 22 2026. The session will be conducted online, with the shareholder entitlement date fixed at Mar, 12 2026 and the ex-meeting date on Mar, 11 2026.

The board will ask shareholders to approve a cash dividend of 1.45 baht per share for the 2025 financial year, representing an aggregate payout of about 241.7 million baht. The stock will trade ex-dividend on Apr, 30 2026, the record date is May, 05 2026 and payment is set for May, 20 2026.

Directors up for re-election are Mr. KwonPing Ho (Chairman), Mr. Ariel P. Vera (Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit, Risk and Corporate Governance Committee), Mr. Stuart David Reading (Director) and Mrs. Ren Yung Ho (Director). The board has recommended that all four retain their seats for another term.
