JPMorgan Chase & Co. acquired 7.41 million shares of MIDEA GROUP (H shares) by way of taking a security interest in shares on September 30, 2026, off-exchange at an average of HKD 92.2799 per share, involving about HKD 683.47 million. The transaction was an off-exchange trade with cash consideration, not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in MIDEA GROUP was 102.99 million shares, representing 15.82%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 110.39 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 16.96%.
