Times Electric Continues Buyback — Repurchases 1.13 Million H-Shares on 11 May; Cumulative Buybacks Reach 13.35 Million Shares

Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. (“Times Electric”) reported that it repurchased 1.13 million H-shares on-market on 11 May 2026 at prices between HKD 37.28 and HKD 37.88 per share, spending HKD 42.28 million.

The latest transaction lifts the cumulative total under the current mandate (approved 27 June 2025) to 13.35 million shares, equivalent to 2.73% of the company’s issued share capital at the mandate date. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation; none will be held as treasury stock.

Key buyback statistics (10 Feb – 11 May 2026) • Total shares repurchased but not yet cancelled: 13.35 million • Volume-weighted average purchase prices ranged from HKD 34.36 to HKD 44.17 per share across individual trading days.

Capital structure impact • Issued H-shares stood at 489.04 million both before and after the reporting period; cancellation of the 13.35 million repurchased shares is pending. • The board is authorised to repurchase up to 48.90 million shares; 27.27 % of this limit has been utilised.

Regulatory timetable • Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Times Electric is subject to a moratorium on new share issues until 10 June 2026, 30 days after the latest buyback.

The company confirmed that all repurchases complied with Hong Kong Listing Rules and applicable regulations, and there have been no material changes to the explanatory statement dated 6 June 2025.
